Re: Appointment of Region 17 Regional Coordinator

As of 2 April 2005, I have received word from the Inspector General,
STARFLEET Danny Potts that balloting has been concluded in the matter
of the Region 17 Regional Coordinator election.

Pursuant to the rules and regulations of STARFLEET, when only one
candidate is nominated and receives 50%+1 of the nominations, that
candidate will be declared the regional-coordinator election.

As of this date, Captain Bran Stimpson is appointed as Regional
Coordinator of Region 17. Furthermore, in accordance with the criteria
for command grade promotions, as Commander, STARFLEET, it is my honor
to bestow the rank of 0-7 (Fleet Captain/Brigadier) to Coordinator
Stimpson.

Fleet Captain Stimpson, you are to report immediately to Starbase 17
and assume command of the Seventeenth Fleet. Also, the Shuttle Tiburon
NCC-63546/1 is authorized to serve as the Flagship of the 17th Fleet.
